Very inviting and laid back process. Before the in person interview, I did an interview prep online as part of the Pilot Pathway Program which helped identify areas that required more focus. Interview day consisted of a brief company overview, an HR portion, CRM event, and the technical interview.

Interview was about 2.5 hours. Very straightforward if you use airline interviews. Very friendly as well. If you don’t know the answer just admit it or ask them to rephrase.

Interview
The interview is normally a two hour technical interview that details everything sent in a prior email. HR questions may or may not be a few simple questions about demographic.

Interview was 1 hour 45 min. I recommend studying before the interview as it was fairly technical for systems questions. Study Jepp charts to include airport diagram, SIDS, STARS. We also dove into weather quite a bit.
