First portion of interview was company overview with pay structures, benefit info, work rules, and Q&A, etc. Second half of interview was HR and technical questions. Met with two separate captains individually for each set of questions. Lunch was provided

You are holding short and have just been cleared for takeoff and you notice a discrepancy that may make departing unsafe. You notify the captain and he elects to continue the takeoff, what do you do?

Interview was about 2.5 hours. Very straightforward if you use airline interviews. Very friendly as well. If you don’t know the answer just admit it or ask them to rephrase.

The interview is normally a two hour technical interview that details everything sent in a prior email. HR questions may or may not be a few simple questions about demographic.

Interview was 1 hour 45 min. I recommend studying before the interview as it was fairly technical for systems questions. Study Jepp charts to include airport diagram, SIDS, STARS. We also dove into weather quite a bit.
