I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Portland, OR) in Sept 2019
Interview
You fill out a basic form online and bring a resume to the open interview on the specific day so they can refer to that form when interviewing one-on-one. It was an easy process and held at a local hotel. I traveled a few hrs to be able to attend the interview. It did take upto 5 hrs to get my interview. The interview is based on what time you show up to the hotel and sign in. They start the interviews after a brief overview of the company. Order of interviews starts with first person that signed in. Once you are finished you are told to leave and not discuss interview with other applicants.
