Interview
Usually in a hotel with bunch of applicants. First round is introducing yourself to everyone. Second is elimination and one on one interview. It took almost 8 hours mostly waiting, after the first round , the one on one interview follows and takes a little long. Most questions are customer service and scenario type of what would you do in certain situations.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
