It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Interview
Group interview where individuals prepare a one minute speech on why they are a good fit for the job. If you make it through the first part of the interview then you will receive a one on one interview where you will go into more detail about your resume and qualifications for the job. It took me 2 weeks to receive my job offer email after completing the interview.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
