Interview
Starts with an overview of the company and the job. The group was split into two groups to do group interviews. During the group interview, you a given one minute to talk about why you would make a good candidate to work for SkyWest as a Ramp Agent. Following the group interviews, there is a break so the recruiters can select those they want to interview one-on-one. When everyone comes back from the break, a list is posted with names of the people they want to stay for the one-on-one interviews. If you are selected, you do the one-on-one.

Met at a hotel and had to wait my turn for an interview with about 10 other people. Sat down one on one with a recruiter. Easy questions and a pleasant experience.

Interview
Interview was done by a Senior employee of Skywest, nice nice lady. The other individual was new to the position as station manager for 6 months. She has zero managerial experience and requires a lot of business acumen as to How to handle employees from differing backgrounds. The process was 15 people interviewed, 13 jobs were extended and no physical was done previously to being offered the position. There were men in their 70's that were hired.

Short and to the point. I was nervous but I stayed focus on the person that asked questions not the people was there for the interview. This is my second time applied for SkyWest and the second round was a lot more easier.
