Interview
The entire process with Skywest has been above and beyond my greatest expectations. Every manager I have spoken with has been professional, full of integrity by and extremely knowledgeable. Obviously interested in making their new-hires' experience as good as it can possibly be. It'd be an honor to begin my new career w/ Skywest Airlines as a flight attendant.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
