The SkyWest interview process was excellent. Most notable was the satisfaction and positive attitude of the recruiters and interviewers. They are genuinely happy to be a part of their company, which made me want to be a part as well!

They asked questions about your resume and why you left past jobs.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
