Met the wind farm manager and had a good talk about the job, the guy interviewing had worked in wind for 20 years and knew his stuff. They also asked me to do a practical test and 121 assessment with the engineering manager. Was quite tough but was delighted to be offered a job a couple of days later

They asked me some tricky questions around loler and inspection types and frequency’s, also about my knowledge of different types of equipment.

Applied online. They got back to me quite quickly. I don't think they go through all the cvs which apply. They just pick a couple and invite them to interview- too lazy to do thorough analysis. The entire interview was the managing directors talking at you. Very easy to get the job as they prefer to talk about themselves.
