Interview
I would say fairly informal, arranged the interview to be held in the quieter area of the bar in the hotel. Interview was one on one. informal process I found nice to be honest
It was a very good interview process and they were interested in my past experience in food and beverage. I was happy with the process and the staff were all very welcoming.
