I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sliide (London, England) in July 2021
Interview
Round 1 was with the recruiter to really understand what I was looking for and ensure it was the right role for me.
Round 2 was with two members of the team to understand my previous roles, what I enjoyed and didn't enjoy about them, why I was looking to move on. It was also an opportunity for them to get to know me better and see if Sliide was the right fit for me and if I would be a good fit for the team at Sliide.
Round 3/Final round was a presentation that you are given a brief to prepare for and a few more of the Customer Success team joined. It was an interactive and engaging session, questions were asked throughout and at the end.
The whole process was very quick and efficient. I was offered the role the same day as my final interview.

Question 1
- What are some of your successes from previous roles?
- What have you enjoyed at previous roles?
t usually begins with an initial screening, often a phone call with a recruiter, to discuss your qualifications and interest in the position. If you move forward, you might have one or more rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. These interviews could be in person, over video call, or a combination. The content of these interviews can range from behavioral questions about your past experiences to technical questions or even a practical assessment or case study.
