SmartRay Project Manager interview questions

The interview was good, all members were very courteous and treated me well. There were three rounds of interview. First interview with Vice President and HR. Second round with Hiring Manager and third round was a face to face meeting at their office in Wolfsrathauesen, Munich. The interview was fairly easy, mainly questions were regarding your previous experience and how you can fit into the role. I was told they really like me and would like to hire me, however I never received an offer. 2 weeks later when I checked the status, I was told they would move forward with another candidate but the position is still open 3months later!
