Smith Optics interview questions

Very long - I had over 8 interviews with people mostly within Safilo. Follow-ups or next steps would be communicated weeks or even months later. Interview process was only difficult because of the layers and mangitude of people you had to sift through - along with the time zone difference of Portland to Italy.

Hiring seemed to go well. Progressed past HR, hiring manager and executive management. Then delays. HR rep quit without notice or professional hand-off to the replacement. Was told they delayed the hiring process and they would give an update when they were ready to resume…crickets. 4 follow-ups later with the team and I moved on.
