Good benefits. PTO is generous. Healthcare is good.

Upper management creates annual sales goals that are unachievable. They put stress and pressure on the rest of the company to ensure they can reach them. Raises are 2% or less.

Our co-workers are fantastic, we work well together and the vibe is chilll.

Cons

SMith Optics does not pay a living wage. We are inundated with emails for retiement planming, which is a joke when it is impossible to save money on our hourly wages and salaries. Even some superviors do not make a living wage, which is $27/hr or only $56K/yr according to MIT.
