Smith & Western interview questions

Very brief and very friendly. Questions about dealing with stress and favorite menu item. Asked about availability which mostly needs to be on weekends. Interview was quick and staff were very welcoming.

It was interesting.. it wasn’t a formal interview but it’s probably because I have so many years experience in manufacturing . It went smoothly and was very easy . I’m was very pleased but shocked on how the call/ offer went . Besides that it was great .
