She was very nice, she asked casual questions but then asked questions that were not related to my field of expertise but it was easy and I was asked about questions that I knew the answer to related to this position, such as how an aeroplane worked. Was also asked my previous experiences in teaching experiences and education.

Interview
I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by a Lead Explainer and the head of the Explainer Program. I was asked to prepare a quick, 5-minute demonstration on any topic that I'd like and present it at the interview, as well as answer standard behavioral questions.

In-person interview. Casual and fun. Prepared a science level in advance, about at a middle school level, and shared it. Make sure to show that you're not only knowledgable, but also sociable and likable as a person.
