The interview process begins with a brief introduction to the company and the role being offered. Following this, the interviewer reviews the candidate's resume to assess their experience and skills. This is followed by a technical assessment to evaluate relevant competencies. Behavioral questions are then posed to explore the candidate's past experiences and problem-solving abilities. The candidate is given an opportunity to ask questions, and finally, the interviewer outlines the next steps and expected timeline for follow-up.
