I applied online and got an email response in a week or so.
The HR was responsive each time I exchanged emails. I was scheduled for an onsite interview after many exchanges.

What is your design process from the beginning to the end?
Multiple phases and a lot of back and forth.
I was referred by someone. From there, it started with a screening call with the recruiter.
Interviews with lots of white boarding problems and portfolio case study walk throughs. Entire process took between two months.

The interviewer was late, visibly disinterested, barely asked questions, ended the interview early. He mentioned how "kindness" is one of the company's core values, and then proceeded to ghost me, along with the recruiter. The job is still up, months later. What's going on?

I thought the interview process was very structured and fair. I was told what type of format to expect, like the case study presentation, app critique and an interview about me. It was 3 individual one on one interviews with different employees.
