Very smooth. Everybody I met was super awesome and agreeable (for the most part). I believe during my on-sites, I only engaged with one individual who turned out to be a bit difficult to connect with -- they were much less colorful than the others, and appeared to be highly intellectual with an accompanying lower EQ (or perhaps they just didn't value social and communication-based skills as much as cut-and-dry analytical skills). This same person turned out to be the decision-maker, and happened to be the single interviewer I ended up choking in front of (which is ultimately the most likely reason that I didn't receive the offer).
