I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Snowplow (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was rather in depth (initial phone interview with the hiring manager, technical interview with VP of sales, values interview, technical task - sales demo presentation of Snowplow, a further short technical interview before presenting the demo, values/conversation style interview with Co-Founder, then a short final interview to ask questions) but I really enjoyed it, there was plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions about Snowplow and gauge how I would fit in there as well as really good interview questions that were thought provoking but enjoyable to answer.
I really enjoyed the overall process, it always felt like a supportive environment and everyone on the interviews was very friendly and helpful, if I couldn’t answer a question we were happy to move on, it often felt like more of a conversation than a straight up interview. There was nothing to be scared of when interviewing with senior members of staff such as VP of sales of Co-founders - everyone was very friendly. So long as you come prepared, explain your thought process and do your best at the demos, I’m sure you’ll also enjoy the process 👍
