Lengthy interview process. Lots of steps and people. There was an exercise to do a presentation about my sales strategy. I felt that this was a little bit cheeky because if I wasn’t going to be offered or get the job, they would then have my strategy I kept my presentation very high-level and just use the interview time to dive into detail

One screening call and then zero feedback or communication for over 7 weeks (huge red flag)
Only to receive a "After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with a different candidate for this role." Wow, really? Took you 7 plus weeks to come to that conclusion?
Avoid this place. Amateur hour for sure
