The HR was very nice and professional. She started the in-person interview then handed over to the CEO whom I waited for 30-40mins. Turns out, the CEO had the HR do the screening without knowing what's he's even looking for. He proceeds to go over my resume on the spot and ask competency irrelevant questions: when did I graduate college, when did I graduate high school, if I am married or have family here. Also asked how my last company functioned, their CEO and owner's names.
