Come in at a time requested by the employer. You'll be tasked with participating in one class with an experienced lead coach who will instruct you on what to do in the class, whether it's entertaining the kids or helping get equipment to set up games for the class. The lead coach will give their evaluation to the employer. They look out for positive interaction with the children, like giving out high fives or praising the kids when they do a good job at the games.
