I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Socialsphere (New York, NY) in July 2023
Interview
There were a few rounds of the process: Round 1- A quick 15-minute chat with the recruiter. Round 2- If you move to the next round you get two assignments (one was a quality assurance check for one of their surveys, and another was a more labor-intensive data analysis presentation) Round 3- Then I met the execs of the organization for a 45-minute interview. Round 4- I met the whole team in a 45-minute interview Round 5- Then I met the president for a 30-minute interview. I did all of this and was told that I'd hear back from them by the end of the week. I didn't hear back so I reached out and was told my interview process would be pushed back a month because they were hiring more senior positions, which was never shared with me. I got ghosted by them and never heard back. I gave them free work from the data analysis project and they completely failed to reach back out, after I spent a considerable amount of my time on the interview process. Looking back now, I'm happy I didn't hear back because the process left a really sour taste in my mouth and I'm grateful to not be working there.
