In the 1st technical interview, the interviewer was rude, and kept interrupting me while answering his questions. First of all he started the interview late, and had no respect for candidates time. He was the worst interviewer I have ever seen. He didn't even speak a single sentence politely. I will be fortunate if I don't have to work with that person. I think there was someone else asking questions from his id sometimes(in between a different voice asked the questions even though there was just two of us in the meeting and also it was a Saturday). He was being rude and sarcastic for literally no apparent reason.

I had applied for the Position of Java Developer , after 3 days i was assigned a Test on Skillenza, the test was of 3 hours and it contained 2 Programming Question (which were tough questions) I had solved both the Questions in the programming round. The Company has no ethics , i got no reply till 2 complete weeks, i had continously mailed them for a response, but no help. In third week i received a reply , that my application cannot be taken forward as , i don't hold the required skills. Then why was i assigned the test in first place, the recruiters do not care about your interest and time. It was total waste of time and efforts.

The first round was on Skillenza platform. If the candidate cleared the test he/she was called to Société Générale ITPL office. The interview process was not well planned, we were asked to move from one building to another. At the Société Générale two technical, one managerial and an HR round was conducted. In technical round mostly questions were asked on Collections Framework The managerial seemed more technical. The interviewer was quickly moving from one question to another without giving time to solve the previously asked questions and was were demotivating. In the HR round, the compensation was discussed. I had cleared all the round but did not receive the offer.
