I was approached by the recruiter. The interview process was typical:
- Screening by recruiter
- Call with Engineering Manager to assess skills
- Call with head of people
- Call with CTO regarding role
Then I was ghosted. Neither recruiter nor any interview participants ever replied to my emails.
