I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I knew a friend who was working up there and I gave her my application. Like 3 weeks later the manager called me and told me to come in for an interview. The interview was filled with him asking me questions and then he said if I fit the qualifications he would call me back. He called me back 7:30 that night and told me I had the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I will discuss my experience with Sodexo and their failure to call me for my scheduled phone interview yesterday at 2:00 and today. Despite my excitement and preparation for this opportunity, I was disappointed to receive no communication from Sodexo. This lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my potential future with the company. In conclusion, I hope that Sodexo can improve their communication practices and avoid leaving potential candidates in the dark in the future.

Interview
Phone call about my availability, and what hours are available throughout the week. I was also offered positions that required making and preparing food. It was a very minimal process, and didn't feel much like an interview at all.
