The interview process was about a 45 minute in-person interview. It was a one on one interview with the dietary manager. She was very pleasant. The interview consisted of a multitude of questions ranging from job experience, to situational. The interview process was fairly straightforward.

Situational questions along with knowledge of diet types most used in hospital/clinical settings. Overall good experience. If you have no knowledge of different diet types, I would suggest review some...i.e. cardiac diet, renal diet, consistent carb diet (diabetic), low sodium, tube feeds, etc.

First I received a phone interview, then I went in for a physical interview with the regional director. I was told I would be performing one job, but that never happened. I, along with many others, ended up doing jobs we did not apply for.
