First two rounds are technical rounds, if you clear first two round of interviews then they conduct technical rounds, after clearing 3 rounds they will ask you to wait if you got selected and then they discuss other offer related details.

The guy was nice and asked standard questions. It went smoothly and asked me if I had experience working in the office and if I could handle administrative paper work.
