At the time, I hadn't gone back to college yet. This was a job on campus. My interview was over the phone since I lived quite a distance. Two of the managers called and had me on speaker phone and they both asked me questions and then discussed pay and the work environment with me. They then took my questions and after that, the call was over. I got the job a couple of days later.
