Email, Phone Screen, Direct Manager, Two team member conversations, and met with the Director.
overall experience was positive there were a few thought leaders in the group, but they didn't seem to have the same level of authority as the sales executives. The vast differences in questions reflected a small riff between sales and technology staff, as if talking to farmers and hunters, respectfully; when ideally you want both on the same page.

I met with the regional sales manager and a project manager for over an hour and a half. We discussed the challenges they are facing and how I could assist in addressing them. We discussed how I would assist the team with new clients and projects and my experiences in developing cliente relationships and assisting the engineering staff to complete projects.
