I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Softchoice (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I had a 30 minute telephone interview which was pretty basic. They ask about your skills and about why you applied for a role within Softchoice. I then had an in person interview with 2 managers and one HR rep. They asked a lot of behavioural questions - how I dealt with past situations. You have to really make sure you have a lot of examples ready to back up your skills. I then had a 2nd interview with the manager of the department. I received a call the next day and they offered me the job.

Question 1
What do you know about Softchoice? How do you deal with stressful situations?
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Softchoice (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It was a co-op job as a Licensing Operations Student, and was only a 20 minute phone interview. The interviewer was really friendly. The questions were somewhat general and mostly behavioral. You should definitely learn a bit about the company before going for the interview, i.e. when was it founded, etc. She asked me at the end if I can come for a face to face interview afterwards.
