Good understanding. Friendly talk, Trying to understand me. Reschedule the meeting just for my comfortable time. Short meetings talk only point to point. Now I am in 2nd pharse for an assignment. after that they will reach out to me for next pharse.

This organisation does evaluation in multiple steps. Firstly, an informal conversation, then a formal viva, thirdly a presentation session and lastly a negotiation session. One requires to pass all these to get an opportunity. But they are very much transparent in terms of recruitment.
