Standard interview with phone screening and then panel interview. Both of these were conducted with a panel though. The questions were very standard interview questions and some technical questions were asked at the end to measure comfort for various technologies.

What is a time where you had to go above and beyond what was expected?
There is 2 rounds interview, fairly easy. First is behavioral interview such as tell me a time ...... Second is interview with the manager and supervisor. There will be somebody taking note of your answer. No surprised question, straight forward.

Interview
Initially interviewed by contract agency and followed by a phone interview comprised of group manager and team lead and finally interviewed in person with same people. Format was more of a personal discussion rather than interrogation. Relatively "easy".
