Interview
The entire process began with a phone interview that was initiated by the talent recruiter via email. I had to wait and follow up to get any response from them. There was also an extreme lag time between responses.. Wish they were more professional and considerate of other peoples time!

Interview
Applied online and was called by a recruiter several days later for a phone screen. The recruiter offered a group interview for the following week. There were 5 people in my group and we met with 2 site survey program managers. In the group we were given a brief overview of the company and how solar works, then we interviewed one on one. The interview was simple, the usual describe yourself and why are you the best for the job stuff.
