Process was quick and they specifically tell you what there looking for. The interviewer ask you some questions specifically about what do you know, and what can you tell them about yourself. They will later call you to know if your hired or not.
applied online. a few months later a recruiter calls and sets me up with interview date. alot of the info he told me about the job and pay was not accurate. went for a group interview with about 5 other guys. Sat thru a video presentation about the company and benefits. which was boring and a waste of time. then they didnt know what to do with us. they came back in and said they were splitting us in two groups. One group would do one on one interviews and the other would talk to a crew lead and give us a hand on task. He said he didnt have any hands on tasks so just showed us around. one on one interview was 4 on one for me for some reason. basic questions mainly about stuff on the resume. None of those stupid scenario question which was nice cuz i hate those things (like name a time when you worked at a job and talked to a customer). they took my picture and copy of my licence then said i would hear by friday. i heard two days later that they were going to hire me but that took a month to actually give me a start date. when i got there they switched me to site survey and had nothing ready. no login to do online training no truck no trainer no equipment. I was very uneasy with how unorganized it was and things went downhill from there. they do background and drug test.they wont hire felons for install which im pretty sure is illegal. I was told home depot and other sales related partners wont allow criminal record for the installers.
