Interview
Interview is long. 45 minutes . Most of it was a power point examining core values of solar city and job details, pay, incentives. I was asked if I was afraid of heights and that they assured me I'd have reliable harnessed fall protection.

Are you afraid of heights/ roof pitches up to 12/12 pitch (45 degrees)
Do you have any experience with the trades / construction . For example would you be able to identify vaulted ceilings, truss systems , gusset plates, any electrical code violations

Interview
I had a phone interview followed by a 1 on 1 interview. I was given an offer shortly after the interview and was required to take a drug test and submit to a background check. I started work within a few weeks of the interview.
