Interview
Applied online with employee referral. Recruiter calls to set up phone screen with hiring manager (no screen questions).
1st round was video call phone screen/Excel test with hiring manager. Standard behavioral questions, Excel test is intermediate difficult (no complex modeling).
2nd round was set of 3 in-office interviews with various managers within department. 2 2-on-1 interviews (behavioral/experience questions) and 1-on-1 interview with VP. Questions are focused on fit and experience.
