Solutions with Impact interview questions

I had an interview with Solutions with Impact pre-pandemic. When I arrived, the interviewer appeared to be surprised that I was the applicant. The interview went well until I met the owner. When the owner came to the room, he did not greet me. He proceeded to ask me why I applied and said that he believed that I wouldn't take the initiative. The interviewers defended me and said I used for this role and mentioned my credentials. At some point, the owner remarked that he was surprised I had a cottage. Despite his ignorance, I come from a family of business owners. It was the first time that I experienced blatant racism and bias in an interview. The team was not diverse but served diverse clients. I will never forget this interview and how I felt leaving. I recently saw they were hiring and decided I should inform applicants. I've worked in events for the past six years, and reputation is everything. I hope that the owner/company has learned some over this year with the discussion of diversity.
