Interview
Was contacted within a couple of days of submitting my application by their recruiter. Did a short phone screen and then scheduled an interview. Did a formal interview with the recruiter and call center manager. Received an offer a couple of days later and started training within a couple of weeks. Pretty straight forward process.

Question 1
They asked mostly about past work experience and how I handled certain situations at different jobs. Be prepared to talk about your experiences and give examples, they will definitely ask for examples. As long as you're engaging and answer honestly, there's a good chance they will give you a shot.
