Interview
Hired immediately. Seems like there is no rhyme or reason to who they hire. Experience isn't even necessary because they have such a high turnover rate. They will hire anyone and then get rid of someone so you can replace them. A brewer once said he has seen over 500 people work there in less than 5 years.
