Unorganized. The recruiter set up an interview and then back tracked and wanted me to interview with someone else first. Went through four rounds of interviews, each taking about an hour. Had to email the recruiter after the fourth interview for an update. Then received a very general and pre-made email back stating "they were going with other candidates"

Went through a total of 4 phone interviews, 1 “Skype” type interview with a panel of 4, and a “shadow shift” at the site which was really 3hrs of listening to the current manager boast about how much the staff loves her and that anyone coming in would have a difficult time breaking the ice. She did nothing but speak about herself and brag about her personal life. This was very off-putting but I was still extremely interested in the position as I possess over 10yrs experience in this industry and knew she was on her way out for whatever reason. After wasting two weeks of my time, they did not even have the decency to decline via email.
