One of the main interviewers shows a really cold side of Sonos as an employer and left me wondering if I should have cancelled the remaining interviews if this is who they selected to represent the company. When I asked about it I was told she’s just straight to business, that’s fine during work but not when you are trying to get to know each other. Interviews are about interviewing the company too.
