There was a long Pre-Interview Test. It took 2 weeks to hear the results: pass/fail only. After that is passed, then there is a panel interview and then a one-person tour/interview. The panel interview was very formal and a little uncomfortable. There were very few questions about the actual work. Most questions were about decision making in various situations. The tour/interview portion was better and more about the actual job.

initial iq test, then call back a week later. The interview consisted of five people and was fairly easy. Very basic questions then a tour of the plant.
