Southern Company interview questions

They only have a final round interview, and they basically ask only behavioral questions in a panel interview through WebEx. The process was simple and easy; it takes a few days to get a hearing back.

My initial screening was with HR. It then progressed to a member who was part of a similar team at a different location, and the final round is with the manager on the team. Overall, the experience was pleasant, the people were very kind as well as encouraging, and they give you a good feel of the company.
