Interview
First of all, there is 3 parts to the interview. The first being a normal question based interview (personality, problem based questions, etc.). The second part is an excel test (knowing cash flows and how to analyze a balance and income sheet). Followed by the third part, which is a simple relaxed and more informal conversation with the head of the department.

Question 1
If a problem arose between you and a colleague, in which they thought your statistical analysis was wrong, but you were right, how would you handle the situation?
Very complex, it was pannel style with a room full of team members ranging in seniority, most questions were scenario and information based. I wish i would have done more research before.

Efficient, punctual, very well done. There was not a ton of waiting around or guessing, you are kept in the loop and updated regarding what the status is and how it may be looking.

Nice panel interview of three people . They asked basic common interview questions. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. They took turns asking the questions and taking notes while I answered each question.
