I was interviewed by a panel of employees. The people were very nice. They wanted me to demonstrate a project I did on a projector(Bring HDMI adapter just in case). Overall the interview experience was more behavioral than technical.

Interview
Phone screen with HR, followed by technical phone screen with manager or supervisor, final step is a panel interview asking 2/3 “soft skills” or problem solving questions & 1/3 technical questions. One psudocode question to address on a whiteboard. Panel interviews apply to almost every job at this company.
After accepting the offer, the background check can take weeks. They range from intense to near federal clearance level of intense, depending on the position.
