Southern Water interview questions

Initial telephone interview/screening with a recruiter. Then a teams interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in person interview where I was asked to give a presentation to the hiring manager and HR.

Well communicated and the feedback I received was personalised as to why they weren't continuing with my application which I appreciated them taking the time to write. The spoke a lot about the company mission and seemed to be transparent about the fact that they have a bad reputation as a business and what they are trying to accomplish to change that
