Multiple rounds, fairly straightforward process. Initial conversations with recruiter, phone interview, basic aptitude test, and in person interview. Entire process took a couple weeks. Friendly interactions at every point in the process. Sovos was invested in making sure I would be a good fit, and I felt they did an excellent job in describing the company and the position and answering all of my questions up front and honestly. Overall excellent experience.

This was an amazing hiring process. (3 total interviews) Great team and great offer! I can't compare this process with other software companies, but in comparison to many companies abroad, it was a little long and slow. They just want to get the best candidate. Be patient!
