Personality quiz similar to your average retail/fast food jobs out there. Then you get a second questionnaire where you have 15 mins, 50 questions that are a mix of math/spacial judgement/language skills. You take this 2nd assessment twice, one on your own, 2nd time they use screen sharing + webcam over Lync to watch you. Brief phone screening with their recruiter prior to this 2nd round with assessment. If you get a high enough score, they call you for a 2nd phone screen, then a face to face interview - Have questions ready for the face to face, they give you many opportunities to ask throughout the interview. Then you get the offer.
